Women's Retreat Zion National Park 2026: What to Expect at Soul Sister Retreat

By Heather Evans & Winslow Passey

What Is Soul Sister Retreat?

Soul Sister Retreat is a transformative 3-day women's leadership retreat held in Zion National Park, October 23–26, 2026. The theme is "You Are Unlimited."

Founded in 2016 by Heather Evans and Winslow Passey, Soul Sister Retreat creates meaningful spaces where women can gather, reconnect, restore, and remember what is possible for their lives.

What Happens at the Zion Retreat?

The retreat includes a carefully designed program of activities that address all four energies — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Discover Your Feminine Leadership Archetype

Every participant takes the Archetype Quiz to discover their unique feminine leadership archetype. This self-discovery tool helps you understand your strengths, growth opportunities, and how you show up as a leader.

Electric Bike Rides Through Zion

Experience the awe of Zion National Park on guided electric bike rides. The landscape invites you to breathe differently, reminds you that you are part of something bigger, and creates space for adventure and reflection.

Healing Nutrition Protocols

Learn about foods that nourish rather than deplete. The retreat includes meals designed to support physical energy, mental clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

Fear Breakthrough Workshops

Participate in workshops designed to help you identify and release the fears that have been holding you back. In a safe, supportive environment, you'll be both fully supported and totally challenged to push past where you thought you could go.

Sacred Rock Release Ritual

Take part in a rock release ritual — a symbolic practice of releasing what no longer serves you and creating space for what's next.

Who Are the Retreat Guides?

Winslow Passey

Winslow is a certified AMGA Ski Mountaineering Guide who has been leading expeditions since 2002 — from Denali and Aconcagua to Antarctica, Nepal, and Mongolia. After the birth of her son in 2013, she wove her guiding expertise together with wellness training, becoming a Yoga Health Coach and completing a professional leadership coaching program.

Heather Evans, MBA, PCC

Heather is an executive coach, keynote speaker, and transformational facilitator with more than 25 years of leadership and coaching experience. She is the founder of Catalyst of Awesomeness and is known for creating transformational spaces where women feel seen, supported, challenged, and inspired.
