Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Soul Sister Retreat's website, attending our retreats, or joining our membership community, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Retreat Registration and Payment
When you register for a Soul Sister Retreat, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Retreat fees must be paid in full before the retreat begins. We accept payment via Stripe and Zelle. Cancellation and refund policies are outlined on each retreat's registration page.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made 30–60 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule retreats with reasonable notice and will provide full refunds in such cases.
Health and Safety
Our retreats may involve physical activities including hiking, electric bike riding, and movement practices. You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and health before participating. We are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have any health concerns.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software — is the property of Soul Sister Retreat or its content creators and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The Freedom Practice™, The Four Energies™, The Morning Retreat™, and related framework names are trademarks of Soul Sister Retreat.
User Conduct
You agree to use our website and community with respect and integrity. You will not post harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, harass other members, or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these standards.
Membership
Membership tiers provide access to different levels of content, community features, and events. Membership benefits are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify membership tiers, pricing, and benefits with reasonable notice to existing members.
Limitation of Liability
Soul Sister Retreat, its founders, guides, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our retreats. Our services are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
