7am: Morning cleanse — lemon water, celery juice or OJ, liver rescue smoothie or heavy metal detox smoothie. Discussion: Nutrition for healing and reversing aging. 8am: Stretch & Breath — relax the nervous system, access gratitude. 10am: Breakfast — the most powerful foods for body, mind & soul. 12pm: Bike into the park, hike Emerald Pools Trail (3 mi, 583' elevation gain — upper and middle pools optional). Collect 3 rocks for Day 3 release ritual. Lunch on the trail. 3pm: Archetypes in the park — art expression, sharing your superpowers. 7pm: Dinner at a local restaurant.
