Heather Evans, MBA, PCC, is an executive coach, keynote speaker, transformational facilitator, and one of the visionaries behind Soul Sister Retreat.

With more than 25 years of leadership, coaching, and entrepreneurial experience, Heather has dedicated her work to helping women reconnect with their authentic power, release limiting beliefs, and design lives rooted in intention, courage, joy, and possibility.

As the founder of Catalyst of Awesomeness, Heather is known for creating transformational spaces where women feel seen, supported, challenged, and inspired to become the fullest version of themselves. Her work blends executive coaching, authentic leadership development, personal growth, mindfulness, storytelling, and soulful community experiences.

Soul Sister Retreat was born from Heather and Winslow's belief that a retreat is not just something we escape to — it is a way of life. Through immersive retreats, nature, reflection, breath work, movement, sisterhood, and intentional practices, Heather helps women step out of autopilot and into alignment with the life they are truly called to live.
