"The ocean never holds onto a wave. It releases each one so another can arrive."
Close your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath. Feel the warmth of the sand beneath you as the day gently gives way to evening. The sun has slipped below the horizon, leaving the sky painted in shades of lavender, rose, and gold. The ocean is calm. The rhythm of the waves is steady. Above the water, a full Strawberry Moon begins to rise. Its soft light stretches across the surface of the sea, creating a shimmering path that seems to reach all the way to your feet. You stand quietly, taking it all in. The moon has watched countless seasons come and go. It reminds us that life moves in cycles. Nothing blooms forever. Nothing remains unchanged. Every season asks something different of us. This moon marks the season of harvest. A time to pause and appreciate all that has grown. The lessons you've learned. The strength you've built. The woman you've become. Take a moment to thank the woman who brought you here. She carried you through challenges. She made difficult decisions. She loved, learned, stumbled, and kept going. She deserves your gratitude. Now imagine holding that earlier version of yourself with compassion. With love, whisper... Thank you. You have served me well. As another wave gently reaches the shore, imagine placing into its waters anything that no longer belongs in your next season. A belief. A fear. An expectation. A role you've outgrown. Watch as the wave carries it gently back into the ocean. Not with force. Not with regret. With gratitude. The moonlight reflects on the water once more. You notice that nothing has been taken from you. Instead... Space has been created. Space to breathe. Space to trust. Space to become. Place your hand over your heart. Take one slow breath. Quietly ask yourself: What am I ready to release with gratitude so I can make space for the woman I am becoming? Stay with whatever comes. There is nothing to solve. Only something to notice. When you're ready... Open your eyes.
Welcome to Day Two
Yesterday, you paused long enough to see your life with greater clarity. Today, we're creating space.
Nature reminds us that nothing beautiful grows by holding on to everything. The trees release their leaves. The tide releases every wave. The moon releases the night to welcome the morning. Release is part of every healthy cycle.
Yet many of us have learned to hold on. We hold onto old stories. Old expectations. Old disappointments. Old identities. Sometimes we even hold onto a version of ourselves that carried us through one season but no longer belongs in the next.
Freedom asks something different. It asks us to trust that making space isn't losing something. It's making room for something new.
Nature's Invitation
The waves teach us something we often forget. Release isn't loss. It's trust. The ocean knows another wave is coming. It doesn't cling to the one that's already passed.
What if we lived the same way? What if we trusted that releasing what no longer serves us creates room for something better?
Many women believe freedom requires having fewer responsibilities. We believe something different. Freedom is created through intentional choices. Sometimes the most powerful choice we can make is choosing what we no longer carry.
The woman who got you here deserves your gratitude. She made the choices she needed to make. She learned. She grew. She became resilient. Honor her. Then lovingly release what no longer belongs to the woman you're becoming.
Pause Here
Take three slow breaths. As you inhale... create space. As you exhale... release.
Notice how your body feels after each breath. Sometimes the first place freedom appears is in our breath.

Find a small stone or shell.
→ Grounds you in the present
Hold it in your hand.
→ Removes distractions
Think about one belief, fear, or expectation you're ready to release.
→ Slows your pace to match your breath
Take a slow breath.
→ Awakens awareness
Gently place the stone back on the earth—or into the water if you're at the beach.
→ Anchors the insight
As you let it go, say quietly: "I release what no longer serves me to create space for the woman I am becoming."
→ Deepens your practice
After Your Walk, Reflect
What have I outgrown?
Awareness is the first act of freedom
What have I outgrown?
What expectation no longer feels like mine?
What story have I been telling myself that I'm ready to rewrite?
What am I carrying that isn't mine to carry?
What would become possible if I made space instead of holding on?
Write without editing. Don't search for perfect words. Trust the first ones that arrive. Sometimes clarity speaks quietly.
