 We are One.  Therefore when I look at someone else, I am seeing myself expressed from a different perspective.  I show up with an open mind and deep curiosity toward others.  I want to know who you are, and what your deepest desires are.  

I also believe that we are here to create, experience, and enjoy life.  Therefore, finding alignment between one’s thoughts, emotions, and actions allows for expansion and joy on all levels of body, mind, soul, and spirit.  

In addition, I think that if we don’t create our own dreams and purpose, then we get sucked into someone else dream or the energy of society.  Unfortunately, then we may find ourselves leading a very unfulfilling life.  I help you create the life you want. 

I know how to help people slow things down in the mind and find a sense of peace and calm.  From there, I guide others to get curious about their deepest desires and how they can create them.  I help people see old stories that are keeping them stuck so they can propel themselves into a new reality where they will feel Vibrant and Alive.  Most of all, I lead others to see their own inner wisdom and trust it.   

With my background as a mountain guide, I use my skills of guiding people through tough challenges to guide them in life.  The mountains challenge our fears, and to succeed we must be able to believe in ourselves and keep a calm mind in the face of danger.  Such is life!  As a guide, I help you reach heights that you never thought were possible.  

Winslow guides people on trips around the world from the highest peaks of North and South America, Mongolia, and Antarctica, to Everest Base Camp in Nepal.  She is a certified AMGA Ski mountaineering guide, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, and Certified Health Coach, and a Holistic Life Coach.  She is the founder of Vibrant Health Evolution as well as co-founder of the Soul Sister Retreat.
